All my boxes are not simply designed, they are Engineered!
Between multiple computer programs and over 10 years in the hobby I will
Engineer a box for you that suits your musical tastes, fits into your
vehicle and most importantly wont hurt your wallet!
All Box Designs include some for of a sketch, picture or computer
generated picture. They also include a full cut sheet.

Custom Box Engineering & Fabrication:
Simple fact is if your current box isn't Engineered to your subwoofer then
its no good, period. Others produce Custom boxes, but are you confident in their
knowledge and skill? Stop wasting your money! All my boxes are not simply
designed, they are Engineered!
All boxes are engineered to your musical tastes, your vehicle and within the
subwoofers capabilities.

*Boxes larger than 5 cubic feet outside dimensions will require a quote for
carpet.
**NOTE**
Other boxes can be Engineered and Fabricated on a Quote basis. No box is out of bounds! Prices reflect a 6 sided box only, rectangular shape. All others are on a Quote basis.
Construction:
All boxes from Basstronics are fabricated from 3/4" MDF. All boxes are held together by a mechanical fastener, namely a screw. All Basstronics Boxes will use special fasteners and we will no longer use Drywall Screws. The new screws provide for faster builds and superior strength with minimal splitting issues Drywall Screws present. Besides screws Titebond II Glue is used on every joint.
Shipping:
All box shipments are billed a minimum deposit of $25 to be included with your order. After box is completed an actual shipping amount will be determined and is due before the box is shipped if any more money is due.
Installation:
On Site Installation:
Price reflects vehicles at my site and are labor only. You are responsible for all adapters, wires, fit kits, etc. I will supply all connectors via solder or crimp connectors as seen fit.
Head Unit (simple, soldered connections): $30
Head Unit (complex, soldered connections): $40
Speakers (coaxial): $30
Speakers (components): $50
Amplifiers: $50
Speaker Wire Run: $30/per set
Please note special requests or circumstances may increase prices. If your vehicle is more complex then the pricing will change to hourly rate of $15/hr.
Off Site Installation:
Available for a 10% premium over above pricing. Subject to driving distances.
Trouble Shooting:
Fact remains that time is money. This holds true in all the
big box stores and little Mom & Pop Car Audio Shops. This often leaves the
consumer with poor installations, audible problems, ugly installs and so forth.
Often the shops either cant figure the problem out, hassle you, don't have time
or are in the process to try sell you some magical item to fix the problem they
induced in the first place. Bring your problem to me. If I cant figure it out,
fix it or eliminate it- ITS FREE!
All trouble Shooting is done on a project basis.
