Basstronics Warranty Policy is as follows:
- All items sold by Basstronics includes a full Manufacturers warranty unless otherwise sated. Manufacturers warranties do very and are specific to the Manufacturers Terms & Conditions. Warranty information is supplied with each product by the product manufacturer. Consult the included material for Warranty Specifics.
- Basstronics does not warranty merchandise it does not produce.
- These terms may change and are subject to changes from time to time.
Policies and Terms
Installation
Basstronics Installation Policy is as follows:
- Proper Installation techniques will always be utilized. We will NOT install items in any fashion that may be detrimental to the item, vehicle or user.
- We may elect not to Install equipment that appears to be unsafe. This is a judgment call by the installer and does not hold Basstronics liable for any customer supplied equipment.
- Every effort will be made to finish installs at scheduled time. However there are instances when this can not happen. At which point you may need to reschedule another appointment.
- Basstronics only warrants a proper installation. We do not warranty or guarantee products we do not produce.
Support policies
I take pride in Installations and Enclosures. For this I offer the following support:
- I will support all installations for up to one (1) month from date of install. If you have issues with the installation they will be addressed on a case by case basis.
- I support all enclosures lifetime. If you should have any questions on your enclosure please contact me right away!
- Box Design. When you order a box design and one is provided you should have all relevant information needed to build the enclosure. If for any reason you have any questions please contact me to have them resolved.
Refund policy
All sales of enclosures, products and designs are final. If you require warranty information or service we will be happy to help you. However once an order is fully placed there are NO REFUNDS.
Installation
We require a deposit on installation with remaining balance due at completion. If you cancel your installation before the day of we will refund your deposit. If you do not call, show or cancel in some fashion- AKA a "no show" your deposit is forfeited.
